We are conducting a needs assessment survey for all parents of children birth-age 5 (or who are pregnant). This will provide our Early Childhood Coalition important information for planning programs and services to support young children's development and their families. Cook County Schools is no longer mailing paper copies of mid-quarter and Quarter 1, 2 & 3 report cards for grades K-12. We will continue to mail out Quarter 4/final report cards at the end of the school year. 3rd quarter report cards are now available online through our Parent Portal system. For those who do not currently have access to Parent Portal or forgot how to log in, please contact John Jacobsen via email at email@example.com or by phone (218) 387-2271 ext 400 to receive your log in and password. Parent Portal applications are available on the school web page or in the PK-12 office. Please fill out the application and return to to the school office.
