You can help Cook County School District build programming simply by filling out the application for free or reduced lunch under the link to the left. We are asking every family to fill out this application in order to assure we are receiving all of the funding we are eligible for. This information is confidential. Applications are available at school or can be printed out by using the link on the left.
Report Cards
Midquarter and Quarter 1, 2, & 3 report cards for grades K-12 are available on Parent Portal.  Quarter 4/Final report cards will be mailed at the end of the school year.  Please contact John Jacobsen via email at or by phone at (218) 387-2271 ext. 400 if you need assistance with Parent Portal. Applications are available on the school website or in the PK-12 office. Please fill out and return to the office.
