Hello. My name is Anna Sandstrom. I graduated from Cook County High School in 2001 and am thrilled to be back as part of the faculty. I am the Student Success Coordinator for Cook County Schools serving grades K-12. I obtained my BS in Social Work from UW-Superior in 2009. I am a licensed school social worker in the State of Minnesota. My husband is Will Sandstrom and we have 4 wonderful boys, Isaac, Wyatt, Cullen and Brennan. I'm looking forward to working together with students, parents and faculty to promote academic success by reducing social, emotional, economic and environmental barriers to learning. The best way to reach me is email. You may also call my extension, 406, which I will check in the morning and after school. If there is an urgent matter, please call the office at 218-387-2271 and leave your name and number and the urgency of your call.
Here's to a great school year!
