PTA FUNDRAISER PTA will be running a fundraiser until December 2nd to raise money for winter activities for students. Elementary students will be conducting direct sales and orders are eligible for free shipping. Orders will arrive week of December 16th. South Shore Drive Bus Route Update: Beginning November 7th the bus will again be going on the South Shore Drive to pick up and drop off students.

Woodland Sky Dancers performing for the Cook County Schools PK - 12 and Oshki Ogimaag. The performance included story telling, descriptions of the regalia, and traditional dances. The students were completely engaged and left with valuable lessons!

Sawtooth Mountain Elementary's Student Council Elections will be today in the ACA at 1:30.

Second and fifth grade reading buddies joined forces to learn a shared set of kickball rules and to play!

DATE CHANGE: The Winter Sports Parents Meeting will be on Tuesday, November 5th at 5:30pm. All parents and athletes participating in a Winter Activity should be in attendance.

Fifth grade students earned a $50 prize in a box top competition and chose to purchase kickballs for each classroom! They also created Sawtooth Elementary kickball rules. On Wednesday as part of our Vikings Pride assembly each class had a representative that received the kickball.

Free and Reduced Lunch benefits expire each October if a new free and reduced application is not submitted to school each fall. If a new application was not submitted, your child is no longer eligible for free and reduced lunch and breakfast at school. Please submit a new application.
