2022-2023 Student Digital Equity Survey Thank you for participating in the Student Digital Equity Survey. This survey is an annual survey that collects information on student access to the Internet and electronic devices used for schoolwork in the student's home. We ask that all students/families fill out the survey and return to the school by Tuesday, November 29, 2022. Grades K-5 will have the form in their folders and grades 6-12 will receive an email to fill out the form. This information will help us identify any students that could benefit from additional support to make sure they can access learning opportunities outside of the classroom or school building.

Cook County Special Olympics Unified Club kicked off the year with a virtual Student Leadership Summit. The summit featured Daina Shilts, USA snowboarder. Daina Shilts is an athlete leader who’s as dynamic on the speaker’s podium as she is on the slopes. She says, “Special Olympics has taught me—and other people—that it’s okay to be different.” In fact, she says “it’s awesome” to be different. As part of Special Olympics most of her life, Daina has seen up close how sports brings people together, especially through Unified Sports, which teams up people with and without intellectual disabilities. The theme for the club this year is "Belonging and Kindness". All Middle School and High School students are welcome to join. Please contact Melissa Oberg for more details.
